  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
  • Non-Returnable: Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Original Packaging: Please return in original packaging when possible

The Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization number and instructions. Please include:

  • The completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  • All original tags and packaging
  • A copy of your invoice

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process
